Benjamin Graeme is a skilled cultivator, experienced in optimizing agricultural performance through the use of lean methodologies and innovative practices. His extensive training and background in HVAC system design and implementation has provided in-depth knowledge of the replication, control and management of indoor and vertical growing environments, enabling him to respond strategically to shifting needs. 
Also a qualified filmmaker, Benjamin uses his camera to uncover oft-untold struggles of people and the world around them, drawing insights from their experiences, giving voice and agency to their communities. It was through this lens that Benjamin became committed to working alongside local farmers to find solutions for the environmental pressures that have continuously impacted their community in Jamaica. He formed the Hypha Wellness Company to craft a locally relevant and inclusive response, developing food preservation processes and techniques to insulate food and agricultural systems against environmental and economic shocks.
Alongside his partner, Benjamin’s mission is to develop highly profitable, efficient and sustainable businesses that take a holistic view of food and agriculture systems, recognizing the interconnectedness of the supply chain and identifying the economic, social, and environmental opportunities that come through those connections.
